By submitting your artwork through the Blue Water Fine Art Gallery Artist Submission Form, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Submissions are open to all artists. Artists must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Artists must own all rights, title, and interest in the submitted artworks. Submissions of works created by others will not be accepted. All submitted artworks must be original and not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
Blue Water Fine Art Gallery's curatorial team will review all submissions. The selection process is based on factors including but not limited to originality, craftsmanship, alignment with Blue Water Fine Art Gallery's vision, and available exhibition space.
Artists whose work is selected for exhibition will be notified via email. Blue Water Fine Art Gallery reserves the right to decline any submission without providing detailed feedback. If chosen, you agree to work closely with Blue Water Fine Art Gallery to coordinate the logistics, including delivery, installation, and any required documentation. The gallery reserves the right to decide how the artwork is displayed, including its placement, lighting, and overall presentation.
Artists agree to allow Blue Water Fine Art Gallery to use images of the submitted artwork for promotional purposes, including but not limited to gallery websites, social media, press releases and marketing materials. Artists will always be credited for their work in all promotional materials. Submitted images will not be used for resale or unauthorized licensing.
If artwork is sold during the exhibition, Blue Water Fine Art Gallery retaining 30% commission fee. Details of the commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon with each selected artist. The Artist is responsible for reporting all earned income in accordance with tax regulations.
Accepted artworks must be professionally framed or mounted for gallery display, delivered in excellent, exhibition-ready condition and accompanied by installation instructions (if applicable)
Artists retains full copyright of their work but grants the Blue Water Fine Art Gallery permission to use images of the artwork for marketing, promotion, and sales purposes. Blue Water Fine Art Gallery will not alter or modify the Artist’s images without written consent. Blue Water Fine Art Gallery does not claim ownership of the copyright.
While reasonable precautions will be taken, the gallery is not responsible for accidental damage, loss, or theft of artwork. Artists are encouraged to arrange insurance coverage for their works of art if needed.
Artists agree to indemnify and hold Blue Water Fine Art Gallery harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the submission, exhibition, sale of artwork.
All personal information provided by artists will remain confidential and used solely for submission and exhibition purposes.
Submission of the Artist Submission Form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
